Shipping
Shipping is Australia wide and we use Australia Post postage service for dispatch of our shop products. As some of our products are handcrafted, our dispatch time after purchase will be 1-3 days.
Once shipped, the delivery of the parcel is the responsibility of our parcel carrier and not Flourish in Natal.
We provide free standard postage within Australia on all orders over $150 AUD. All orders between $0.00 and $149.99 AUD will attract a flat standard shipping rate of $7.50 AUD.
Express Postage is available at a flat postage rate of $12.50 AUD for all orders under $150 AUD.

Returns & Refunds
Flourish in Natal does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
If there is a proven manufacturer’s fault with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange a replacement.

Hypnobirthing Group and Private Bookings
A $150 deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is only refundable under special circumstances at the discretion of the practitioner.

Face-to-Face Hypnobirthing Classes in the time of Covid-19
Face-to-face classes will continue to operate under current government guidelines. Should the in-person classes be unable to run as scheduled, classes will move online via Zoom.
