Hypnobirthing Class Options
The full ‘Positive Birth Program’ is approximately 12 hours of Childbirth Education. These classes are held over two full days in either a Group or Private setting. Group class numbers are kept small to ensure a personalised experience for each couple.
It is recommended to attend a class between 20 and 32 weeks gestation. However, we can accommodate if you find Hypnobirthing at a later time. Contact Michelle for the best options available.
